Quick access to app menu on desktop

Wellll, if you open up the xfdesktop-settings.glade file in trunk in 
glade, you'll see the option is there, but hidden cuz it's not hooked up 
to anything.  :-(

Yep, I'd love to get around to implementing that too.  Maybe after 
alpha, if I have enough time before feature freeze.
