orage and icon too small and wrong zoneinfo

I have seen that main window issue and it usually is caused by running
Orage against wrong version of xfce-mcs-manager.
Try logging out and in (=or restarting mcs)

Yes, use that. it works against official 4.4 (and 4.6) Xfce.
