orage and icon too small and wrong zoneinfo

I overlooked that link -- can you please add "Releases" with that link in 
the left download menu?

Also, when is the next release expected, as I am hittig the undeclared 
_NL_TIME_FIRST_WEEKDAY and _NL_TIME_WEEK_1STDAY issue which I think was 
fixed a few months ago.
