orage and icon too small and wrong zoneinfo

This is fixed in 4.5.14.

This is ok. It's only for the tray icon, which I guess you see? I think
you have another problem here, with the main window, but can't help you
on it. I never reproduced such a bug (on 4.4 or 4.5)
