XFCE 4 updated in Debian package, latest version looks nice!

I'm running 3.99.3 that I compiled. I was glad to see that my abortive
effort to install 4.0 did not break xfce completely.

I use synaptic a lot, but isn't it true that synaptic will find only
stuff that has been installed with the apt system? If so, then it
wouldn't find my compiled stuff.
I looked at "xfce" in synaptic, and it shows the 4.0 stuff with broken
dependencies.

Yes, xfce4 is great. At least I have 3.99.3 running, so I hope I don't
lose it in my efforts to get 4.0.0 running! [grin]
