[Xfce-i18n] New string in xfce4-panel-master

I've just pushed a patch to add monitor filtering in the tasklist
plugin, which introduces a new string in the preferences dialog. This
was a much requested feature in the panel and also a regression from
the previous wnck tasklist; so important enough to push before pre3.
