Your patches look reasonable, are small and you're providing good
descriptions of the bugs you're trying to address. I can't imagine
the lack of responses has to do with anything else but lack of time
or focus on your particular bug reports on behalf of those managing
the code. This is an all volunteer project, after all.

I got some of my patches accepted in the past. It's certainly possible.
I cannot fix your situation but I hope you'll find attention by asking here.
