xfce4-systemload-plugin volunteer

I'm still somewhat maintaining it, so if you have pending patches in
bugzilla cc me and i'll gladly apply them. And if you really want to
takeover (i wont object! :) you should first get a git account then get
nick to grant you rights to the repository.
