A collection of random patches for review

First some trivial ones:

https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10384 - fixes focus stealing
problems caused by notifications.

https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10630 - prevent keyboard
shortcuts from "forgetting" the startup-notification setting.

https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10626 &
https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=106267 - use the new gtk3
bookmarks file in thunar and places plugin.

And a couple of larger patches for xfwm4:

https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10625 - fixes the bug where
gtk3 menus open in the wrong position with multimonitor. This is quite
an ugly patch but I can't see a better way to do it (suggestions
please).

https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10631 - support for gtk
header bars. This is a patch series and changes quite a lot of stuff
but I think it is worth it, as it should be 100% backwards compatible
while also optionally extending themes if the designers want it.

I also have a highly experimental branch xfwm present support, but it
isn't really possible to test it yet due to requiring bleeding edge
X11.
