Datetime Setter for Xfce

Thanks, done! Now it says that I have also the gtk3 support and
everything is fine.

I still don't get why am I supposed to run make install. After an
autogen, a configure and a make I should have the binary in my local
folder so it should run even without the make install, am I wrong?
