Regarding Qt apps + Xfce + fullscreen

Hi

Regarding bugs like:

Seems like the problem is when Qt apps set an application to both
fullscreen and maxmized state.
It is possible to workaround inside the Qt application[1].

I am guessing that it is also possible to fix inside Xfwm4 since
metacity et al does not have this problem.

Just thought you guys should know.
