Server work

Hi,

Today I did some server work.

- buildbot is back online, still full of errors, but it work-ish again.
- main webserver has been upgraded to wheezy.
- bugzilla installation moved to the main server (was running in vm because
packages in squeeze were too old) and is also updated to 4.4.
- wiki update to latest dokuwiki.

If you experience any issues, let me know.
