We disabled voting in the Xfce bugtracker because it's useless and
annoying for developers. So it highly depends on the developers. In
your case (assuming you talk about the wrap patch), I don't have high
priority for enchantment bugs atm since we try to get 4.8 out, but
maybe i'll take a look at it new week.
