bug priority question

Hello guys, 

Maybe this is a stupid question but I do not understand how the priority
of a bug in XFCE4 bug tracker is measured.

Let's say I submitted a bug, how can a person do '+1' to this bug? For
example in RH and Ubuntu bug trackers there are kind of 'this bug
affects me' buttons. How can one make developers know that a bug is
important for him in XFCE4 bugtracker? Put himself to CC in a bug?
