Xfce IRC cloaks

Hello,

Some of you such as Jannis and Christian expressed interest in Xfce IRC
cloaks. For those who do not know what this is, it replaces your
hostname on IRC by (in our case) "xfce/whatever/we/want". As we are now
registered as a group on Freenode, we can now use them.

Cloaks have to unique, and it would be better to use them to identify
people. We have to decide some standard cloaks for core developers,
goodies developer... Maybe give a cloak to translators and main
packagers? xfce/core-dev/nick, xfce/goodies-dev/nick,
xfce/translator/nick, xfce/packager/nick could do trick.

Jannis and Stephan already got xfce/core-developer/their_nick so we
should try to keep that format.

Please let me know if you are interested in this, I can contact the
Freenode staff so that they set it for you. The process is simple: your
nick needs to be registered, and have an associated email adress (which
can be hidden), once I ask them for the cloak, they'll email you or
contact you on IRC to confirm. Once you confirm the cloak is set.

Cheers,
Jérôme
