I think this is a great idea.  If I recall correctly, this is how Fedora
handles (or used to handle?) their system documentation.

Ok.  So we'd indicate on the wiki who is in charge of updating documentation
for each module?  I'd be in favor of that.  How soon could we get something
like that up and running?
