Ok, guys... please tell me why it was necessary to change the .desktop
file name for the xfwm4 settings dialogs?  Now I have extra crap I need
to clean out.  Please fix this ASAP.

Also: I know it's not the most fun thing in the world, but... WRITE
XFCONF SETTINGS MIGRATION SCRIPTS.  Having to set up my desktop all
over again is retarded, and our users will most definitely not
appreciate it.  In fact, if I were one of our regular users upgrading
from 4.4 to 4.6, I'd be really pissed off.  I've done a script for
xfdesktop, so you can mostly copy and paste it.
