Perhaps, but expose requires quite a bit of heavy lifting and is much
more complex than a simple alt-tab switcher. Things that can be
implemented outside the WM without losing functionality should indeed be
implemented outside the WM, IMO.

As long as that bling is optional and doesn't decrease performance when
disabled, I have no problem with it. There's also a code maintenance
issue, which is directly related to why I think code that can be in a
separate module/program should be made separate.
