Panel plugins have a fixed size in trunk

Yeah that's a pitty. Most plugins are not designed for vertical
panels, atleast not when they don't get the needed size. That's a real
downside of this fix, but plugin writers need to fix this.

Probably a not propery display systemtray icon, please try rev. 26067 or later.
