xfce 4.4.2 test packages ready

Gentoo has been ready for 4.4.2 since testing tarballs was first
announced (ebuilds ready to be 'unmasked' in our 'package.mask') so
backing down the release now would be a shame.

Been using it also since then, other than these icons/text in submenus
I've had no issues. It allowed us to drop _all_ patches against 4.4.1.

For what it's worth, just release asap and we can patch this text-icon
thing after to it.
