xfce 4.4.2 test packages ready

The test packages are there mainly to iron out *packaging* issues.  Any
bugs in the software that haven't been fixed won't be fixed until the
next release.  We're not going to fix every single bug with every
release; we just don't have the resources, and there's no such thing as
bug-free software (unless you write sw for the space shuttle, and even
then...).

No, the stable branch doesn't get so much testing.  It shouldn't really
need it, since we have a bugfixes-only policy, and past experience has
shown that this all seems to work out well enough.  You do realise that
we're a group of volunteers, right?

So, we can either have a release now (well, Real Soon Now[tm]; my
personal life has been busy this past week and a half), or just
postpone it indefinitely until some other number of bugs are fixed.
There seems to be enough interest in the former, so that's what we'll
do.  The whiners can just be ignored as usual.
