Slight error in http://www.xfce.org/documentation/requirements

I think I found a slight error in
http://www.xfce.org/documentation/requirements :
It lists libexo before xfce-mcs-manager. Not a serious problem, but
building it in this order prevents the exo-preferred-applications
mcs-plugin from being built. Shouldn't the order be changed so
xfce-mcs-manager is built before libexo is built?
