[Design Proposal] LibSqueeze configuration using .desktop files

Hi All,

The other day, Nick asked me if it could be possible to use
.desktop-style files to configure libsqueeze. This way it should be
possible to add .desktop files to provide support for more archivers.

This should reduce the libsqueeze binary size and improve flexibility.

Now, to come to the point:

Nick, Peter and myself have been working on an example document[0] and
we would like to know what you think about it.
