Secondly, what you are describing has nothing to do with the bug report 
you are replying to.

Of course we are interested to hear about problems with Xfce, but please 
file a report on http://bugzilla.xfce.org.

Xfce doesn't crash, your gtk has been compiled to abort on certain errors.
