Apparently Olivier reproduced it on Fedora Core 7 and
http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=178759 got updated when another
user reproduced it too, trace attached. xfmedia worked fine when we
were still using old X.org and xine-lib, updating those breaks it from
what I can see at first glance. Also same videos works fine with gxine
and xine-ui.

but again, i'm no xfmedia dev and I'm not familiar with the code..
