Perhaps, but this discussion is getting very off-topic for this list.
Please discontinue it or take it elsewhere.

As others have pointed out, 'xfdm' has been discussed in the past, but
no one has been particularly motivated to actually go ahead and write
it, or work with something like GDM to make it more Xfce-friendly.  If
someone new wants to step up and take this on, feel free; otherwise,
this thread can die.
