4.4 default look

i meant orange in the wallpaper, not in the theme. the theme should
stay grey/lght blue, and i think that water drops wallpaper from
devian art would be a good default...

and the panel layout should be considered too, i think keep the 4.2
layouts, it was very usable and nice, even though not what one would
expect.
