4.4 default look

I believe that the current setup is quite original . People can change
it after the install, and very easily. It gives Xfce the benefit of
its own image (small bottom panel, upper taskbar).

Carl's GTK theme is nice, maybe the WM theme should change - just the
active titlebar - maybe another colour?
