Strange menu behaviour with fr locale

Ok, a picture is worth a thousand words, so here we go :)

The two linked screenshot show the correct menu with locale set to 
en_US.UTF-8 while the second one show the menu being filled in 
"Settings" and not in "Paramètres" as expected
