Nope, it's not possible with the current standards. In Xinerama
(Twinview is just identical), you have 1 display and 1 screen (in X
terms) and multiple monitors.

The EWMH standards allows a desktop number per screen. If you have just
1 single screen as with Xinerama, you cannot have different values for a
virtual desktop number per monitor.
