New minimum requirement of GTK+2/GLIB for Xarchiver

IMHO it's hust a matter of when do you guys intend to make xfce 4.4 out,
because if it's in an year or two (we hope not :-P )  we could have a new
RHEL or Debian stable with new gtk versions. But if it's due in within next
6 months maybe it's better to keep dependency on low terms.
