I have this problem as well, the last 2 lines of the .desktop file are:
[from $prefix/share/applications/xfce-iconbox-settings.desktop]

    GenericName=Iconbox Settings
    GenericName=Instellingen Iconbox

I think that last one should be:

    GenericName[nl]=Instellingen Iconbox

Judging from the rest of the file.
