it's essentially the same as benny's installer, except he has a nice GUI
and it's all packed into a single file.  garxfce4 is a bit more flexible
(you can hack the makefiles really easily to only install the parts of
the desktop you want, etc.), and it also installs _everything_, including
the xfce-goodies, by default.  it will also optionally install the base
packages (gtk, glib, libxml2, etc.) if you ask it to.  garxfce4 defaults
to installing to ~/garxfce4, whereas benny's default is /usr/local, but
both (i think) are configurable.  also, garxfce4 is a small (20k?) package
that downloads tarballs on demand, so, again, if you're willing to hack
around with it a little, you can d/l and install as much or as little as
you want.

so, essentially, they both do the same thing, though benny's is much more
straightforward (and pretty ^_^).
