Tray icons in systray always 24x24

Hi,

There is no difference between kde and standard systray anymore, as the
"specific" part for kde is treated in the WM that acts as a proxy for
the systray/kde notification system.

The problem is that for some reason the KDE systray don't always set
their size properly when loaded by gtk plug.

I'm affraid it will be a won't fix issue.
