Tray icons in systray always 24x24

Ok, but by including that fix for all icons not just KDE ones you've
resized some others.

Did you look at the patch the bug submitter wrote?  It attempts to only
resize KDE icons.

I was more interested in where the 24x24 came from as this breaks a
gnome app.
