xfce4-panel crash

With the latest xfce4-panel from CVS, I get the following:

% xfce4-panel

(xfce4-panel:24994): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: gobject.c:946: object class `GtkSettings' has no property named `gtk-icon-theme-name'
Segmentation fault

This is on a clean build and install after updating from CVS
on Thursday sometime.  I can't seem to update currently:

cvs -d:pserver:anoncvs at cvs.xfce.org:/cvsroot/xfce update -d
cvs [update aborted]: reading from server: Connection reset by peer
