screensaver plugin missing icon on gtk 2.2

Well it uses the xscreensaver icon. If xscreensaver is not installed,
the entry in the mcs manager is not there and thus it needs no icon
either.

If xscreensaver is installed, but has no icon, we have a problem, yes...

Hmmm... ideas ?
