xfwm4 kbd shortcut editor feature request

Adding a GUI front end to it might be a pretty useful thing to have 
lying around, especially if one of the goals of XFCE is to be accessible 
to people [who are too lazy,just don't feel like reading the manual] :)

I'll add that to my queue of things to do, unless someone else comes up 
with something before I do.
