Setting XFCE_DISABLE_USER_CONFIG for a isngle user on my pc

Hi Roldan,

in the user's home directory file .bash_profile (or you could
use .bash_login or .profile) do this:

export XFCE_DISABLE_USER_CONFIG="1"
