New virtual 'translations' module in cvs

It will be great if it also would download 
xfce-utils/xfce4-about/AUTHORS*, xfce-utils/xfce4-about/INFO*, 
xfce4-panel/xfce4rc*, xfdesktop/menu.xml* and the doc/ directories.
