New virtual 'translations' module in cvs

Hello all, especially translators,

I have made a virtual 'translations' module that will check out the po/
directories for all modules. The command to use is:

  cvs -d:pserver:anoncvs at cvs.xfce.org:/cvsroot/xfce -z3 co translations

This will create a subdirectory translations. If you want to checkout
files specifically for the 4.0 branch use 'co -r xfce_4_0 translations'
instead. This is not needed now, but may be useful if the branches start
to diverge more in the future.
