start menu request (Was: Re: reporting for duty)

Hi All,

    Yes! I think the panel should not be alike "K"/"G" ones.
 Really, I don't like the "start button" from windows. It is such a complex
way to access a application, I think!   
    I like the Mac OS's/CDE's panel just like XFCE did.
