Bug report: Personal keythemes not currently working but docs say they do + PATCH

hehe, a patch to fix the program would have been even better ;-))

Secondly the source for the docuemntation is actually the xml file that
can be found in the source tarball under doc/C/xfwm.xml. I'll change it
if necessary.

Olivier, I probably just assumed this would work. Is it supposed to
work at all? Is there another location for user key themes?
