Focus and xftaskbar problems

Well that's already the case if you use Alt+Left/Right to switch between
workspaces. But, when you click on the taskbat/panel, that click gives
focus to the panel/taskbar, so it's a "normal behaviour"...

That makes sense. The fix occurs in xfwm4 though (so that it works with
GNOME panel too)
