[ANN] Xfce4 Netload Plugin 0.2.0pre1 released

Compiles ok and runs on FBSD-5.1. One glitch though, on startup it seems
to be ignoring the "automatic maximum" check. It will use the greyed out
values for maximum and minimum. Toggling the check box fixes the issue
until next startup.
