RC3 will be released soon after Olivier returns from his vacation, which
will be on the 25th.

Also we (well, Olivier mainly) have worked hard to make this release
candidate _really_ releasable, so I am hoping it won't be too long
before we can release 4.0. I know I've said that before ...

RC2 really does contain a few window management bugs, so using current
CVS or waiting for RC3 would be preferable.
