xfwm4 version to try please

Hi Olivier:

I built and installed the archive.
I do not see any diff from the last one - i.e., it is still fixed here.
(nEdit and kpresenter dialogs are AOK)

I do not use N'scape 4.x so do not know what the deal is with it(other
than it being Nutty :).  I have been running a few Java aps/applets
here and AFAICT they are fine. (eclipse, Sun JRE 1.4.2 demos, Cape
Clear, ...)

I could not reproduce the window decor' problems(no rt/bottom border)
-ever; still cannot.  

Looks good-to-go here... :))

( If anything new does show up, I'll certainly post the anomaly. )
