Panel autohide

I've been working on the autohide feature for the last few nights.  I'm
getting to the point where I'd like Jasper to take a look at the code.

I've used the approach Oliver suggested... it was pretty clear to me
that I'd be running into trouble trying to synchronize two windows and
the interactions between the two.  The 'taskbar' approach works well -
creating a new frame and hidding it when need arises.

I've also tied into the 'enter-notify'/'leave-notify' signals as
suggested.

As for animating the bar, it'll have to wait.  How do I setup a timer in
this so that I can 'pause' for a set amount of time before hiding?  Do I
need some sort of update signal that I can poll against?  Hmm...

Jasper, please email me so I can send you this stuff, and let know you
where everything sits as of now.
