latest xffm fixes

Xffm has now been deprived of many bugs, especially with the SMB
upload/download/rm/mkdir. The support of xffm for non ascii characters
in SMB is much better than in xfsamba, and it distiguishes between
connections to windoze and samba servers. Some bugs do remain with
regard to non-ascii characters, but those bugs are in the samba-suite
programs, so end of story (at least until samba-3.0). Also, the
mcs-setting manager now sets environment variables for xffm on the fly
(no need to open a terminal or restart xffm). Tomorrow I'll fix up the
help menu (which is in a sorry state) and that will be rc1 since I've
got a diploma to write as well and time is running short.
