4.20-pre1 : stuck in workspace 0

Fresh boot today, after noticing some message from xscreensaver and
wayloand as the tty shut down. It turns out that xscreensaver was
running.

I do not understand that - it gets invoked from my .xinitrc if it
exists, followed by my choice of window manager (fluxbox at first,
xfce later after building a lot more packages).

But I'm using 'startxfce4 --wayland' : my ~/.xinitrc should not be
invoked by that ?

The other thing is that I can now see the workspaces, and icons in
some of them - and ctrl-alt-left/right arrow is working.

This is really weird. (Using labwc at the moment, got to do other
things, will maybe retry wayfire in several hours time).
